Maudie was born in June of 2024 and she quickly stole our hearts. She is out of WOF Bill’s Lil Darlin and by CF’s The Hustler. Her 3-month string test puts her as maturing at just a hair over 15hh. She’s super sweet and inquisitive. She is a quick learner and already leads well, loads on a trailer, and stands well for the farrier. In the arena, she crosses bridges and cans and is extremely nonplussed by other stimuli like rain jackets and plastic bags. In the summer of 2025, she started being ponied on the trail so she could experience things in a calm, non-stressful manner. So far she’s done extremely well with everything she’s been exposed to: bridges, water crossings, bikes, and even large-group-ride energy. In September 2025, she travelled to her first local show and competed in an in-hand obstacle class. It was her first time off property by herself and her first time in a covered arena and she was completely unphased. We are so excited about this little girl’s potential!
